**About the India Content Team:**
The India Content team creates engaging videos, articles, and practice questions aligned with the Indian curriculum. We are actively expanding our content into regional languages, significantly increasing our reach and impact.
**About the Role:**
We seek a Biology content creator to develop syllabus-aligned videos and practice questions for grades 6-10. This is a one-year full-time contract position (with potential for extension).
**Responsibilities:**
* Create unit plans for Science (grades 6-10), review existing content, and develop practice questions and videos.
* Adapt existing US English-accent videos for Indian audiences.
* Collaborate with state teachers to create curriculum-aligned project plans, requiring travel for workshops (approximately once every three months for 2-3 days).
* Continuously improve content based on feedback.
* Willingness to travel.
**Qualifications:**
* 4+ years of experience in teaching and creating educational Biology content.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Familiarity with the Telangana Science curriculum is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
* Strong time management skills and a “shipping beats perfection” mindset.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and a bias for action.
* Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact.
