**Responsibilities:**

 

* Conduct primary and secondary research to understand stakeholder needs and inform solution development.

* Create and curate various educational assets and solution packages (courses, case studies, tools, projects, session plans, handbooks, etc.) for teachers, head teachers, Block Education Officers, DIET officials, Key Resource Persons, and other stakeholders.

* Develop and review standards and templates to facilitate the creation and scalable implementation of solutions by the field team and Education Department officials.

* Pilot and evaluate solutions, providing recommendations for large-scale implementation.

* Leverage technology to disseminate and monitor solutions.

* Facilitate capacity-building initiatives to enhance solution design competencies within the organization.

* Leverage prior educational experience to improve the quality of solution assets.

* Identify and develop new external partnerships to leverage existing resources.

* Occasional travel to field locations.
