**Job Summary:**

 

We seek a Consultant (HR and Admin Associate) for our Anthropometry Project, funded by ICMR. This 10-month contract (with potential extension) involves coordinating with a third-party vendor to manage approximately 50 consultants.  Responsibilities include overseeing HR processes, contract and payment management, issue resolution, and acting as a liaison between the third-party vendor, internal teams, and ICMR.

 

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

 

* Serve as the primary point of contact between Wadhwani AI and the third-party hiring agency.

* Facilitate communication among consultants, the third-party agency, and ICMR.

* Monitor recruitment progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

* Oversee consultant onboarding and offboarding processes.

* Ensure compliance with HR policies and contractual obligations.

* Review, manage, and approve contracts, deliverables, leave requests, and expense reports.

* Handle consultant inquiries regarding employment, payroll, and benefits.

* Act as a bridge between the third-party agency, internal HR, ICMR, and consultants, resolving conflicts.

* Keep all parties informed of timelines, processes, and expectations.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

* Expertise in HR processes, data management, and financial oversight.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.

* 1+ year of experience in HR coordination and administration.

* Familiarity with HR systems, processes, and vendor management.
