**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Lead to manage and oversee our programs in Uttar Pradesh. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational oversight capabilities, and a deep understanding of the Indian education landscape.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Stakeholder Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with various government departments (including senior IAS officials), funders, and other key stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all partnerships.
* **Operational Oversight:** Conduct regular meetings with government officials and internal/external teams. Evaluate existing programs, provide insightful feedback, and facilitate seamless collaboration with the government. Organize workshops and review meetings. Frequent travel within the northern belt of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, and Delhi is required.
**Experience and Qualifications:**
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
* Ideal mix of experience in the development sector and education.
* Fluency in Hindi (reading and writing).
* Proven ability to work effectively with government stakeholders at senior levels.
* Demonstrated expertise in funder management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Annual CTC of INR 800,000 – 1,000,000 (depending on experience and competency).
