**Job Description:**
SELCO Foundation’s Livelihood Scale Team seeks a Program Manager to design and deliver training and capacity-building initiatives. This role involves working across various projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to institutionalize Decentralized Renewable Energy (DRE)-led livelihoods and build a strong evidence base for their impact. The position requires a hands-on approach, directly implementing programs while fostering partnerships.
**Role and Responsibilities:**
* Design and conduct workshops and interactive sessions to disseminate program approaches and solutions.
* Facilitate workshops and cross-learning activities for internal teams and external stakeholders (end-users, NGO partners, government agencies, financial institutions).
* Develop training modules and content.
* Archive knowledge documents for easy access.
* Analyze gaps and opportunities for internal and external adoption of solutions.
* Develop and document processes for integrating solutions.
* Collaborate closely with innovation and geography teams across 5 states.
* Develop quarterly plans for disseminating program learnings across teams, from innovation to scale phases.
**Key Requirements:**

* Excellent coordination skills with team members, community members, and other entities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize seamlessly.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with grassroots stakeholders.
* Willingness to conduct regular field visits for training and staff support.
* Willingness to travel approximately 5-10 days per month (local and outstation).
