**Job Location:** Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Delhi NCR. This is a remote position with frequent local and outstation travel.

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Experience Required:** Minimum 15 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in business consulting or impact consulting.  Experience in CSR or institutional philanthropy is highly desirable. Experience working with nonprofits, government agencies, and social enterprises, particularly managing multiple projects, large teams, and numerous stakeholders, is also relevant.  Project or program management experience is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Own the delivery of client engagements, ensuring high-quality, data-backed insights and inputs.

* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers and lead executive presentations.

* Develop and implement relevant frameworks and methodologies.

* Manage client relationships and drive growth through deal expansion and cross-selling.

* Innovate and evolve service offerings based on market feedback.

* Expand service offerings to address market gaps.

* Position Give Grants as a CSR thought leader.

* Foster continuous learning within the team.

* Create and enable thought leadership content through various channels.

* Manage the financial aspects of the CSR consulting practice, ensuring revenue growth while maintaining margins.

**Requirements:**

* Graduation or post-graduation from a top-tier institute (a background in sociology, social work, economics, development studies, or related fields is a plus but not essential).

* Demonstrated high professional growth at reputable organizations.

* Experience in program design, impact measurement, and program execution is highly desirable.

* Strong understanding of CSR-specific laws, regulations, and norms.

* Ability to thrive in ambiguous and risky situations.

* Experience with small teams, startups, and fast-paced environments.

* High ethical standards and governance knowledge.

* Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

* Strong data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills.

* Comfort with technology tools used in the CSR space.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
