**Job Type:** Full-time

**Reports To:** Chief of Staff

**Experience Required:** 10-15 years of Human Resources work experience in the development sector or a comparable field.  Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

* Craft and lead Peepul’s HR strategy, partnering with the leadership team.

* Oversee end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and management.

* Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment that reflects Peepul’s core values.

* Develop and implement impactful learning and development initiatives.

* Build and refine performance management frameworks.

* Promote employee well-being and engagement.

* Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.

* Ensure smooth HR operations and legal compliance.

**Requirements:**

* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

* 10-15 years of relevant HR experience.

* Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.

* Strong leadership skills, capable of strategic and operational leadership.

* Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office suite and organizational software (MS Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).

* Ability to thrive in autonomous, dynamic, and potentially chaotic environments.

* Strong team-building skills.

* Fluency in English and Hindi.
