**Job Title:** Donor Relationship Officer – Retail Fundraising

**Experience Required:** 0-1 year of experience in sales is preferred; however, candidates with relevant background will also be considered.
**Job Description:**
**Objective:** Acquire new donors and retain existing ones contributing between INR 20,000 to INR 100,000. Effectively position WWF-India within the Key Donor segment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Generate new leads through various channels (LinkedIn, Digital Marketing, Events, Workshops, Donor Referrals).
* Contact donors (calls, emails, in-person meetings) to explain WWF-India’s work.
* Maintain consistent communication with existing and new donors, building long-term relationships.
* Convert, retain, and upgrade the existing donor database to maximize retention.
* Assist the Key Donor team in planning donor activities and collaborating with internal teams on creative communication.
**Requirements:**
* Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA from a recognized University.
* Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Highly performance-oriented team player.
* Energetic and inspiring individual capable of promoting WWF-India’s work.
* Willingness to relocate to Mumbai after a three-month training period in Delhi.
