**Job Description:**

 

FED seeks an exceptional leader for the position of Team Lead/Sr. Program Manager specializing in the electronics sector or with consulting experience in manufacturing, preferably electronics. This role is vital during a period of significant organizational growth.  Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, effective prioritization, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement work plans aligned with strategic targets and budgetary constraints.

* Engage extensively with government and private sector leaders within the electronics manufacturing sector and related fields.

* Conduct research and provide insights into the manufacturing industry to inform strategic decisions and advocacy plans.

* Manage cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

 

 

**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:**

 

* Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Electronics), Economics, or MBA from a top-tier institution.

* 6 to 12 years of relevant experience; strong preference for candidates with experience in electronics manufacturing or top-tier consulting firms within manufacturing sectors, especially electronics.

* Proven project management skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to develop innovative solutions for complex problems.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of leading large, diverse teams.

* High level of flexibility and responsiveness; ability to adapt priorities quickly to meet evolving organizational needs.
