**Job Location:** Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru (Remote options may be available)
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**Experience Required:** 3+ years of relevant full-time work experience, preferably in fundraising, partnerships, and network-building. B2B sales/business development experience is preferred. A background in investment banking is a plus.
**Role Summary:**
Reporting to the Co-founder and CEO, the Development Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and delivery of TAP’s development strategy. This involves assisting in defining long-term organizational goals, creating pipeline strategies, maintaining and leveraging the funder network, and researching new trends to develop innovative approaches and campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Business Development & Fundraising:** Identify collateral needs for fundraising activities; manage direct marketing and crowdfunding campaigns; organize fundraising events; identify CSR opportunities and potential tie-ups; develop persuasive proposals, concept notes, reports, and presentations for potential donors.
* **Individual Donor (HNI) Cultivation:** Develop a pipeline of new HNI donors through outreach; research and identify prospective donors; present TAP’s work to secure high-level donations; build and maintain relationships with existing donors.
* **Donor Stewardship:** Serve as the primary relationship manager for long-term and high-potential donors (CSR, Foundations, and Individuals); develop and implement donor engagement and renewal strategies; collaborate with the Communications Team to enhance the supporter experience.
* **Strategic Planning & Support:** Assist the CEO in defining long-term strategic goals; support the creation of pipeline strategies for TAP; research new trends and approaches for development and campaigns.
**Qualifications:**
* Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any field.
* 3+ years of relevant full-time work experience (as detailed above).
**Skills:**
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in database management, marketing, client engagement, and management.
* Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
* Strong interpersonal skills.

**Compensation:** 5.90 – 8.80 LPA (inclusive of EPF & Medical Insurance)
