**Job Description:**

 

This role encompasses a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, organization development, and HR team support.  Specific responsibilities include:

 

**Talent Acquisition:**

 

* Coordinating with various departments to determine monthly staffing needs, updating recruitment trackers, and providing recruitment status updates.

* Developing and implementing sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategies in collaboration with the HR Head.

* Expanding the HR sourcing network and designing, planning, and executing employer branding initiatives.

* Planning and implementing employee referral programs to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.

* Updating job postings on DA’s website and social media platforms, and regularly communicating recruitment status to relevant departments.

* Designing, planning, and executing selection processes (including interviews, screening calls, and psychological tests).

* Reviewing employment applications and preparing background check reports.

* Conducting candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations, including new joinee briefings, debriefings, inductions, and workshops.

* Coordinating with third-party recruitment agencies, validating invoices, and following up on payments.

* Onboarding new employees across different departments.

* Developing and maintaining recruitment tools and dashboards.

 

**Organization Development:**

 

* Proposing and implementing measures to improve employee retention.

* Actively participating in refining and revising HR manuals, policies, and handbooks.

* Providing expertise in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitating employee relations efforts.

* Leading the planning, implementation, and maintenance of labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, diversity, and compensation programs.

* Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs based on employee performance.

* Leading organizational development projects, programs, and initiatives, including data gathering, meeting preparation, resource development, project planning, and best practices research.

* Developing committees for projects as needed.

* Conducting employee engagement programs to enhance DA’s work culture.

 

**HR Team Support:**

 

* Supporting the HR team in the appraisal process, inductions, workshops, and training sessions.

* Reviewing joining documents, identifying areas for improvement in documentation processes, and streamlining onboarding procedures.

* Assisting the HR Head and team in various HR administration and related activities.

 

 

**Qualifications:** Graduation, Post Graduation in a relevant field (Corporate Management preferred).
