**Job Description:**

 

The Fundraising Officer – Lead Process will play a crucial role in generating revenue for WWF-India.  This involves transforming potential leads into active donors through consistent communication and engagement.  Key responsibilities include:

 

* Transforming potential leads into active donors through ongoing efforts.

* Generating revenue from acquisition data.

* Maintaining consistent communication to keep donors engaged.

* Contacting donors via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, clearly and engagingly explaining WWF-India’s work.

* Achieving the target for new donor acquisition set by the line manager.

 

 

**Requirements:**

 

* Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA from any recognized University.

* Excellent English communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport.

* Highly performance-oriented and a strong team player.

* Energetic and driven, with the ability to inspire others and promote WWF-India’s work.

* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Immediate joiners preferred.

 

 

**Experience:** 0-1 year

 

**Salary:** 3 LPA
