**Job Responsibilities:**

– **Content Development & Management:**

  – Lead end-to-end content creation, ensuring relevance and alignment with program goals.

  – Collaborate with experts to develop contextually appropriate educational materials for rural settings.

  – Monitor content quality and delivery timelines, incorporating stakeholder feedback.

– **Training Support:**

  – Coordinate training sessions, providing support as needed to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.

– **Quality Assurance:**

  – Develop success metrics and monitoring tools aligned with program goals.

  – Ensure assessments accurately measure learner progress and content effectiveness.

– **Project Management:**

  – Create a project timeline with clear milestones and deadlines.

  – Track progress, manage resources, and maintain alignment across teams.

– **Relationship Management & Leadership:**

  – Serve as a central contact point for stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships.

  – Champion a supportive work environment and gather feedback to enhance content quality.

**Required Experience:**

Minimum of 8-10 years in program or content management within education or NGOs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in diverse team management are required.

**Desired Attributes:**
