**Position Overview:**
CSEP seeks a Programme Coordinator to support the operations of The Asian Collective for Health Systems (TACHS), a collaborative platform fostering knowledge-sharing and policy dialogue among health networks, research organizations, academics, policymakers, and multilateral agencies in South and Southeast Asia. The role involves managing operations, logistics, strategic communications, and partnerships to drive TACHS initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Research Support:** Assist with research activities, including drafting policy briefs, reports, and publications.
– **Communication:** Liaise with participating organizations to facilitate engagement and maintain records of communications.
– **Event Coordination:** Oversee logistics for hybrid and in-person events, plan meetings, workshops, and conferences, and manage virtual platforms like Zoom.
– **Internal Coordination:** Collaborate with internal teams (administration, communications, health team) to ensure seamless operations and manage the TACHS website.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
– Bachelor’s degree in public health, social sciences, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
– 1-3 years of experience in programme management, particularly in think tanks, non-profits, or public policy sectors.
– Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
– Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
– Experience with online event tools (e.g., Zoom).
– Familiarity with global health systems in South and Southeast Asia is a plus.
