**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Program Associate to join our Academy team. The role involves managing and expanding training programs, including workshops, masterclasses, and training sessions. Key responsibilities include program management, marketing, designing promotional materials, and cultivating partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Program Management:** Develop, execute, and oversee CCS Academy programs. Coordinate with trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Monitor feedback and implement improvements.

2. **Marketing & Promotion:** Formulate strategies to promote programs. Design posters, brochures, emailers, and other materials. Execute digital campaigns across social media and email marketing.

3. **Institutional Partnerships:** Identify and secure collaborations with universities, think tanks, and organizations. Manage relationships to drive program participation.

4. **Operational Support:** Maintain documentation, including budgets and reports. Track metrics to measure impact.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Communications, Marketing, or Social Sciences.

– 1-3 years of experience in program management, marketing, or related roles.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.

– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

**Preferred:**

– Experience in education, non-profit, or public policy sectors.

– Understanding of public policy concepts.

– Event management or stakeholder engagement experience.
