### **Role Summary:**  

The Senior Project Lead will drive state-level educational reforms in Madhya Pradesh as part of the FLN initiative. This role involves overseeing multiple project workstreams, collaborating with government stakeholders, and leading a team to deliver impactful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to mission-driven change.

### **Key Responsibilities:**  

– Manage 4-5 project workstreams, including material creation, assessments, teacher training, and monitoring systems.  

– Collaborate with SCERT and partner organizations to develop high-quality academic materials and ensure timely delivery to schools.  

– Oversee system-led assessment frameworks, developing tools for large-scale data collection and analysis.  

– Lead a team of project managers and partners to execute projects effectively, ensuring alignment with state goals.  

– Work closely with the State Mission Director to strengthen district-level implementation and fellowships.  

– Analyze data, create reports, and provide insights to guide decision-making and improve FLN outcomes.

### **Qualifications:**  

– Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university; Master’s preferred.  

– 9-12 years of post-qualification work experience in government, development, or education sectors.  

– Proven track record in project delivery and management.  

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.  

– Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.  

– Experience working with government stakeholders and leading teams.  

– Passion for education reform and willingness to work in Bhopal, India.
