iFOREST seeks a dynamic professional with 10 years of experience in clean energy policy to lead research and policy engagement in Odisha. The role involves designing research assignments, conducting analyses, advising policymakers, and engaging stakeholders to support renewable energy expansion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Design and execute research assignments for policy reforms in renewable energy.

– Conduct primary and secondary research, including quantitative and qualitative analyses.

– Provide advisory support to state agencies on policy issues.

– Stay updated with clean energy policy developments and engage stakeholders.

– Write reports, articles, and other communication materials.

– Present findings at forums and support institutional brand building.

 

**Qualifications & Experience:**

– Master’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., management, economics, public policy).

– 10 years of experience in renewable energy research or consulting.

– Proficiency in research methods and software (Excel, R, QGIS).

– Demonstrated ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
