**Job Description: Partnerships and Communications Associate**

**Location:** Navi Mumbai, Pune

**About iTeach Schools:**  

iTeach Schools is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality education to low-income students in India. Our mission is to create a level playing field for all children by co-creating contextual school models with Municipal Corporations in Pune and Navi Mumbai. Currently serving 4500 students, we aim to grow to 10,000 students over the next five years through our 30 schools and college-to-career programs.

**Responsibilities:**  

This role is part of our Partnerships & Communications Team and involves two key areas:  

1. **Fundraising:**  

   – Sustain and grow existing partnerships with CSR foundations, high-net-worth individuals, etc., through high-quality reporting and immersion.  

   – Identify new partnership opportunities, develop win-win proposals, and expand the supporter base.  

   – Leverage corporate volunteering to support our program teams.

2. **Communications & Brand Awareness:**  

   – Manage iTeach’s digital presence (social media, website, newsletter) to enhance reach and effectiveness.  

   – Design impactful marketing materials for fundraising efforts.  

   – Collaborate with other teams to create effective marketing campaigns.  

**Qualifications:**  

– Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.  

– Preferred: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in similar roles.  

– Proficiency in social media marketing is a plus.  

**Compensation and Benefits:**  

The salary range for this position is **4.26 – 5.4 LPA CTC**, with benefits including PF, gratuity, medical insurance up to 3 lakh PA, paid leaves, annual increments, and promotion opportunities.
