**Job Title:** Expert Social Protection & Livelihoods (Team Lead)

**Experience Required:**
– Minimum of 12 years in government consulting or working with International NGOs (INGOs) at national/state levels.
– Proven leadership in inter-departmental projects.
– Expertise in facilitating periodic reviews and preparing analytical presentations.
– Demonstrated experience in designing social protection policies, poverty alleviation strategies, and financial inclusion initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Coordinate with government departments and partners for seamless implementation of social protection initiatives.
2. Lead project planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
3. Support policymakers in developing strategies to reduce the digital divide.
4. Track ultra-poor households’ progress through data analysis and field visits.
5. Prepare analytical reports and dashboards for government reviews.
6. Ensure timely project documentation and reporting.
7. Collaborate with academia and corporate partners for sustainable solutions.
**Skills and Competencies:**
– Strong communication, academic writing, and data visualization skills.
– Comfort in writing in Hindi and English preferred.
