**Job Description: Capacity Building Manager – EAII Advisors (Evidence Action)**

**About the Role:**
We seek a Capacity Building Manager to enhance training efforts under the India Safe Water program at SPM NIWAS Kolkata. This role involves strategic capacity-building initiatives in collaboration with government bodies, focusing on WASH sector expertise.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement capacity-building strategies aligned with National Jal Jeevan Mission goals.
– Design and deliver training programs for government officials to improve public health management.
– Engage with stakeholders to capture insights and optimize program effectiveness.
– Manage resources and timelines efficiently, ensuring project deliverables are met.
– Prepare reports and documentation on program progress and impact.
**Requirements:**
– **Essential:** Master’s degree in Public Policy/Administration. 6-8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in capacity building within government programs. Proven track record in WASH sector training initiatives. Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
– **Desirable:** Experience in developing high-quality deliverables for external audiences, presenting technical subjects to non-technical audiences, and working within a matrixed organizational structure.
