**About the Company:**  

EAII Advisors is a technical partner to Evidence Action in India, supporting the implementation of public health programs such as the National Deworming Day program and iron and folic acid supplementation across 10 states. EAII Advisors works closely with state ministries to improve health outcomes and is expanding its impact by collaborating on new water, nutrition, and public health initiatives.

Through programs like Safe Water Now and Dispensers for Safe Water (DSW), Evidence Action has reached millions globally, focusing on providing safe drinking water to reduce child mortality and improve health outcomes. The organization partners with governments and local teams to implement scalable solutions in resource-limited settings.  

**Role Overview:**  

The Manager, Safe Water Operations will oversee the implementation of the Safe Water program across multiple states in India. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Safe Water Operations (SMSWO), this role requires a proactive leader with strong experience in process improvement, vendor management, and supply chain oversight. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, strategic planning, and scaling efforts while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Lead the strategic planning and execution of the Safe Water program across multiple states.  

– Oversee process improvement initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing challenges.  

– Manage deployment, installation, and maintenance of water treatment devices, ensuring timely procurement and efficient supply chain operations.  

– Collaborate with government bodies, partners, and NGOs to align program activities with national goals such as the Jal Jeevan Mission.  

– Conduct field visits, mentor state-level teams, and develop tools and materials for consistent execution.  

– Provide leadership in scaling program operations while maintaining quality standards.  

**Requirements:**  

– Graduate degree in Engineering, Management, or a relevant field; master’s degree preferred.  

– 5+ years of experience in fast-paced startups with a focus on operations.  

– Proven experience in process improvement, strategic planning, and cross-functional team management.  

– Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with fluency in English.  

– Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.  

– Familiarity with government programs like Jal Jeevan Mission is a plus.
