**Key Responsibilities:**  

– **Content Creation & Management:** Develop and execute communication strategies, create engaging content in Kannada (including press releases, articles, social media posts), and manage a content calendar.  

– **Translation & Localization:** Translate materials between English and Kannada, ensuring cultural appropriateness and adapting content for target audiences.  

– **Monitoring & Evaluation:** Track communication impact, gather stakeholder feedback, and use analytics to assess effectiveness.  

– **Event Coordination:** Plan and execute events aligned with Mantra4Change’s mission, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications & Competencies:**  

– 1-2 years of experience in communications or related fields.  

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada and English.  

– Understanding of Karnataka’s cultural nuances.  

– Proficiency in MS Office Suite and content management systems.  

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational skills.
