**Job Description: Research Associate – Human Development**

CSEP provides evidence-based recommendations to address global challenges, leveraging expertise from researchers and policymakers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Compile and analyze data on human development indicators such as health, nutrition, education, economy, and demography.
– Conduct qualitative research through interviews, process documentation, historical analysis, stakeholder mapping, and basic statistical analysis.
– Perform literature reviews, report writing, organize workshops, talks, and interviews.
– Engage in project documentation, including maintaining research diaries, concept notes, and interview transcripts.
– Write blog posts, op-eds, and other research outputs under guidance.
**Qualifications:**
– **Minimum:** Master’s degree in social sciences (e.g., political science, sociology, economics) with 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Strong research and writing skills, passion for policy and social development.
– **Desirable:** Experience with political data, governance, public administration, policy analysis, and familiarity with G Suite tools.
