### **Key Responsibilities**
– **Project Management:** Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
– **Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking:** Analyze complex challenges, develop creative solutions, and create measurable project objectives.
– **Documentation & Communication:** Maintain clear project documentation and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
– **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build relationships with clients, partners, and alumni to enhance program impact and collaboration.
– **Monitoring & Evaluation:** Track project performance, conduct impact assessments, and use data-driven insights for improvement.

### **Qualifications & Skills**
– **Experience:** 6-8 years in project management within the social sector or related fields, managing multiple projects end-to-end.
– **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
– **Skills:** Strong analytical and communication skills, adaptability, budget management, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
