### **About the Position**
We are seeking an Associate Manager – CSR and Corporate Volunteering to lead and manage corporate volunteering programs that drive employee engagement and social impact. This role involves collaborating with corporate partners, NGOs, and internal stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate volunteering initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about corporate social responsibility (CSR), has excellent project management skills, and can build strong partnerships to maximize the impact of volunteering efforts.

### **Key Responsibilities**
1. **Volunteering Program Development & Execution:**
– Design and implement innovative corporate volunteering programs aligned with company values and CSR goals.
– Collaborate with corporate clients to develop customized volunteering initiatives addressing social challenges.
– Manage end-to-end event logistics for smooth execution of volunteering activities.
2. **Stakeholder & Partnership Management:**
– Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, NGOs, and community organizations.
– Work closely with HR, CSR teams, and leadership to integrate volunteering into employee engagement strategies.
3. **Employee Engagement & Communications:**
– Promote volunteering opportunities through engaging communication campaigns.
– Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and training for employees and corporate partners.
4. **Impact Measurement & Reporting:**
– Track and evaluate the impact of volunteering programs using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
– Prepare reports, case studies, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
5. **Budget & Compliance Management:**
– Manage the volunteering budget to ensure cost-effective execution of activities.
– Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, corporate policies, and legal guidelines.

### **Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, CSR, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2-4 years of experience in corporate volunteering, employee engagement, CSR, or related roles.
– Experience working with NGOs, corporate clients, and social impact projects.
– Knowledge of CSR laws, ESG reporting, and impact measurement frameworks.
