**Job Description: Research Fellow in Security Studies**

The team organizes the annual Security Studies Dialogue, a platform for scholars and practitioners to discuss critical geopolitical issues.
**Experience Required:**
Candidates must have 8-12 years of experience in addressing key policy challenges related to India’s foreign and security policies. Preference is given to those with a proven track record of published work in peer-reviewed journals or reputable platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Support Carnegie India’s Security Studies Program through in-depth research and analysis.
– Engage stakeholders, including scholars and policymakers.
– Contribute to organizing the annual Security Studies Dialogue.
– Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and events.
**Qualifications:**
– Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in International Relations, Strategic Studies, Public Policy, or a related field.
– Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
