**Experience Required**:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in AI/ML technologies and operations, with expertise in large language models (LLMs), cloud platforms like Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java is essential, along with a strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
**Key Responsibilities**:
– Lead AI system development from concept to deployment using state-of-the-art models.
– Collaborate with product teams to identify AI-driven innovations aligning with product goals.
– Develop scalable pipelines for model deployment across environments.
– Monitor and enhance AI application performance, establishing success metrics.
– Mentor and lead a team of AI/ML engineers, fostering innovation and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
– Advanced degree in computer science or equivalent hands-on experience.
– Expertise in building AI models, dataset development, and data cleaning.
– Experience with automated testing tools like Jest or Mocha.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
