**Job Brief:**
The Technical Specialist for Networking and Partner Communication will advance the Tobacco Control Division’s objectives in India. This role involves facilitating partnerships with key stakeholders, representing the division in working groups, and developing communication tools to support country actions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Coordinate with partners like NTCP to advance program strategies.
– Represent Vital Strategies in partner working groups and campaigns.
– Develop new communication tools and adapt resources for stakeholder use.
– Facilitate networking sessions at national events and support training initiatives.
– Disseminate research findings and evaluation activities.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Public Health, or Public Policy (Master’s preferred).
– Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in establishing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to identify partnership opportunities and navigate cultural sensitivities.
