**Job Description: Analyst, Data Management and Reports**
**Location:** New Delhi, India

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage donor data entry and processing for India and Asia Pacific regions using Salesforce NPSP.
– Support fundraising processes, including check processing, bank transfers, and stock gifts.
– Collaborate on data management tasks such as de-duplication, mass updates, and ensuring data quality.
– Assist with monthly donation reconciliations and compliance reporting.
– Provide support for events, including donor registration and payment processing.
– Conduct research and prepare materials for meetings and events.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
– 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
– Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
– Experience with databases and willingness to learn new technologies.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
