**Job Description: Project Officer – Technical and WASH**
**Position:** Project Officer – Technical and WASH

**Salary Package:** INR 31,000 – 34,000 (per month)
**Official Travel Allowance:** INR 2,500-3,000 (per month and as per logbook)
**Duration of Contract:** 1 year (extendable)
**About FINISH Society:**
FINISH Society is a multistate not-for-profit NGO registered in 2010 under the Societies Registration Act 1860. It promotes sustainable access to water, sanitation, and hygiene services across India.
**Position Overview:**
We seek a Civil Engineer (Diploma/B.Tech or higher) with at least 3 years of experience in WASH and technical roles. The role involves project management, procurement, infrastructure development, and MIS functions for the Child-friendly Infrastructure development & WASH project.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Monitor project sites and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
– Prepare estimates, drawings (AutoCAD), and manage procurement processes.
– Ensure quality control and documentation of site activities.
– Manage O&M in schools and Anganwadi Centres.
– Conduct capacity building, awareness campaigns, and feedback sessions.
– Collect data, analyze, and submit reports to the Project Manager.
**Qualifications:**
– Civil Engineer (Diploma/B.Tech) or higher qualification.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in WASH-related projects.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), MS Office Suite, and electronic communication.
– Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to community work.
