**Job Description: Senior Program Manager – Policy**
**Location:** New Delhi, India

The foundation works with government, research institutions, and industry to address systemic challenges in the S&T ecosystem through policy advocacy, project implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
**Experience Required:**
– Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a challenging or high-growth environment related to public policy, science, technology, and innovation (STI) policy.
– A master’s or doctoral degree from a top-tier global or national academic institution, with a focus on public policy or a related field.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Collaborate with partners to design and implement policies that enhance India’s S&T ecosystem.
– Provide research and policy support to leadership, recommending solutions for complex policy questions.
– Engage with stakeholders across government, academia, and industry to synthesize data and inform decision-making.
– Prepare policy briefs, fact sheets, and presentations for meetings and events.
– Support the leadership team in achieving organizational goals within budget constraints.
– Build and maintain relationships with key leaders, funders, and experts.
