**Job Description: Senior Manager – Human Resource**
**Location:** SELCO Foundation, Bangalore

**Role Summary:**
The Senior HR Manager will lead the implementation of HR strategies and support organizational growth aligned with SELCO’s vision. This role involves strategic HR initiatives, compliance with local legal requirements, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and exit processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Collaborate with leadership to establish regional HR strategies and drive HR initiatives.
– Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, and employee relations.
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle processes.
– Design and execute performance management systems, including annual reviews and mid-year check-ins.
– Handle exit interviews, offboarding, and retention strategies to minimize turnover.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as an HR Manager or Executive, preferably in the non-profit sector.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity.
– Proficiency in HR systems and computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
