**Job Description: District Coordination Associate (Andhra Pradesh and Odisha)**  

**Location:** Machilipatnam, India and Bhubaneswar, India  

 

**Experience Required:**  

– Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of relevant work experience OR High School diploma with 6 years of relevant work experience in livelihood, natural resource management, rural development, or related fields. Experience in Andhra Pradesh (for Andhra Pradesh role) and Odisha (for Odisha role) is desired.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Act as the focal point at the district level for project implementation, including stakeholder management, data collection, capacity building, and reporting.  

– Coordinate with government officials, NGOs, and community members to ensure smooth project execution.  

– Develop and monitor district-level management plans, organize workshops, and prepare reports.  

– Promote gender equality and social inclusion by ensuring the participation of women, youth, and marginalized groups in decision-making processes.  

 

**Skills and Qualifications:**  

– Strong understanding of project management and sub-national institutional contexts.  

– Experience in conducting assessments and analyses related to natural resource management and livelihood activities.  

– Proficiency in computers and office software; knowledge of web-based management systems is an asset.  

– Fluency in Telugu (for Andhra Pradesh) and English for both Andhra Pradesh and Odisha roles.  

 

**Remuneration:**  

Starting salary varies based on qualifications and experience, ranging from INR 11,73,913.48/- to INR 97,826.12/-. The remuneration does not include an additional 8.33% pension amount.
