**Position Summary:**  

The Manager, Talent Acquisition role involves attracting mission-driven talent, managing hiring processes efficiently, and executing strategic projects to enhance candidate experience and brand presence.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Collaborate on employer branding strategies.  

– Advise hiring managers on effective sourcing strategies.  

– Oversee selection processes with empathy and rigour.  

– Coach HR teams in outreach and sourcing efforts.  

– Build and maintain partnerships for hiring initiatives.  

– Develop talent pipelines and support succession planning.  

– Analyze hiring data to improve functions continuously.  

– Contribute to team goals beyond individual priorities.  

– Advocate for the brand internally and externally.

 

**Qualifications:**  

– Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.  

– Experience in high-pressure, goal-driven environments.  

– Strong collaboration skills with diverse groups.  

– Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.  

– Proven initiative in past roles.  

– Teaching/education background is an advantage.
