**Position:** Head – Social Impact Entrepreneurship Incubation

**About NSRCEL:**  

NSRCEL is IIM Bangalore’s startup hub and incubation centre, structured as a section-8 not-for-profit entity. The centre supports ventures in the start-up ecosystem with potential to create significant economic and societal impact. NSRCEL collaborates with partners like Alstom, Capgemini, Goldman Sachs, and others to support entrepreneurs in themes such as climate-tech, women entrepreneurship, and social impact.

**Experience Required:**  

– 15+ years of experience in business leadership, consulting, product management, or program management roles.  

– Proven track record in the entrepreneurship and impact ecosystem in India.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Own and execute strategy for NSRCEL’s social impact incubation programs.  

– Design sophisticated interventions for program candidates.  

– Build ecosystem partnerships and manage relationships with donors and funding partners.  

– Ensure program outcomes, quality, financial health, and rigour.  

– Contribute to organizational priorities, including research, knowledge creation, and ecosystem enablement.  

**Qualifications:**  

– MBA or postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 institution.  

– Strong financial acumen and ability to manage teams and partners.  

– Proven capability to lead in fluid situations.  

– Bias for action and self-starter attitude.
