**Job Description: Senior Manager – HR**
**Company:** India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS)
**Location:** Delhi NCR
**Experience Required:** Minimum 8-10 years of progressive work experience, with at least 5 years in HR leadership roles. Proven track record of success in HR roles, delivering against strategic and operational goals. Experience in the non-profit, social enterprise, or startup ecosystem is desirable.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Work with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals.
2. Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and orientation of new employees.
3. Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
4. Design and deliver performance management systems, including training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
5. Manage employee relations issues, grievances, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
6. Lead HR analytics and reporting initiatives to track key HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
7. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
**Qualifications:**
– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
– **Skills and Attributes:** Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Proven leadership and people management skills. Strategic thinking ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives. Passion for social impact and commitment to ILSS’s mission.
