**Job Description: Program Manager**

**Experience Required:**
– 8 to 10 years of experience in Program Management roles, preferably in IT or Social Sectors.
– 3+ years’ experience managing ERP/CRM/egovernance project/program implementations with expertise in Project Management Methodologies.
– Prior experience in technology-driven projects is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Program Management:**
– Plan and manage program implementation, including product, engineering, partnerships, and policy workstreams.
– Track milestones/deliverables and address risks promptly.
2. **Stakeholder/Relationship Management:**
– Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and partners.
– Maintain regular communication and meetings with key stakeholders.
3. **Product Solutioning:**
– Understand eGov’s modules and assist in building solution strategies based on end-user challenges.
4. **Government Partner Engagement:**
– Liaise with national/state-level teams to streamline program operations.
– Evangelize the program for wider adoption.
5. **Advocacy:**
– Prepare presentations, progress reports, and collate success stories for media outreach.
**Requirements:**
– Degree in engineering or related field; postgraduate degree preferred.
– Detail-oriented with strong program planning and execution skills.
– Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
