We collaborate with women, farmers, tribals, and youth on initiatives in rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion. Our incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges have empowered 200+ social entrepreneurs, including notable awardees like Forbes 30U30 and EarthShot Prize winners.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– **Project Planning & Implementation:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute program activities aligned with objectives. Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery.  

– **Quality Assurance:** Establish monitoring frameworks, conduct field visits, and assess program progress against standards.  

– **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to meet project timelines and budgets.  

– **Training & Capacity Building:** Deliver training programs for internal teams and external partners to enhance implementation skills.  

– **Documentation & Reporting:** Maintain comprehensive documentation, prepare progress reports, and capture lessons learned.  

– **Coordination:** Facilitate seamless execution by coordinating with internal teams and external partners, providing guidance to field teams.

 

**Qualifications and Skills Required:**  

– 5-7 years of experience in program or project management.  

– Experience managing large-scale projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.  

– Certification (PMP, CAPM) preferred.  

– Proficient in MS Office (Excel), project management tools, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.  

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in teams and manage stakeholders.  

– Adaptability, can-do attitude, passion for growth, and commitment to making a difference.
