**Job Location:** Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Jaipur & Ahmedabad  

**Experience Required:** Fresher – 2 years  

**Qualifications:**  

– HSC Passed or any graduate  

– BSc in Natural Resource Management/Environmental Science/Water Management/Botany/Horticulture/Agroforestry  

**Desirable Skills:**  

– Project Management and Leadership skills  

– Prior experience in Forestry/Miyawaki Afforestation/Biodiversity Park development, Water conservation, and Natural Resources Management  

– In-depth knowledge of Flora & Fauna (Trees, Biodiversity, Forests, Birds)  

– Willingness to work in tough field conditions with frequent travel  

– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages  

– Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) for project proposals and report making  

– Open to taking on multiple responsibilities  

**Responsibilities:**  

– Conduct site-specific surveys, research, SWOT analysis, and project planning  

– Coordinate with partners and execute projects like tree plantations and water conservation  

– Manage project events such as volunteering and inaugurations  

– Prepare reports for project sites in collaboration with corporate partners  

– Visit existing sites for audit and maintenance with clients and volunteers  

– Execute and maintain projects
