**Job Description: Global Critical Minerals Lead**

**Experience Required:**
– Minimum 7 years of experience in critical minerals or closely related fields.
– Proven track record of conducting research programs with think tanks, government agencies, or private companies on critical minerals.
– Experience working with state/central governments or a deep understanding of government administration is essential.
– Strong writing and communication skills for leadership roles.
– Postgraduate degree in environment, climate, sustainability, energy, or skilling-related fields is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct high-quality research and analysis to support policy framing and implementation.
2. Work with state governments on policy planning and program identification.
3. Develop innovative recommendations and policy insights for subnational stakeholders.
4. Liaise with state administrations on key requests/asks.
5. Organize and execute events, seminars, and roundtable discussions for green skilling processes.
6. Provide additional support to build organizational capabilities.
7. Collaborate with leadership to strengthen vertical integration of programs.
