**Job Description:**
Bhumi seeks a Full-Time Placement Officer for its Skill-Ed program in Chennai. The role involves recruiting eligible students, coordinating with volunteers, and organizing placement drives, job fairs, and networking events to connect students with employers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Identify and build relationships with potential employers.
– Organize placement drives, job fairs, and networking events.
– Conduct placement workshops, mock interviews, and employability training.
– Guide students toward suitable job opportunities through mentorship.
– Share regular placement reports and conduct market research to align training with emerging job roles.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
– 4-5 years of relevant experience in corporate relations and people management.
– Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
– Strong communication skills and willingness to travel across South India.
– Educational Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation.
**Salary Range:** 6 – 7.2 LPA (based on candidate’s profile).
