**Job Description:**
PATH seeks a Graphic Designer for a six-month short-term assignment. The role involves creating high-impact visual assets for print and digital channels under the supervision of the Lead – Communications (South Asia).
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Design engaging materials such as fact sheets, reports, posters, social media creatives, and infographics.
– Develop visual storytelling strategies to enhance audience engagement.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs align with strategic goals and deadlines.
**Required Qualifications:**
– 4-8 years of experience in design collateral for international nonprofits or the development sector.
– Graduate or post-graduate degree in graphic design from a reputed institute.
– Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
– Proficiency in creating animated GIFs or short videos using tools like After Effects, Motion, or Premiere.
– Strong portfolio of compelling graphic designs for diverse audiences.
– Proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional Indian languages is a bonus.
