**Key Responsibilities:**
– Design and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
– Align recruitment practices with organizational goals.
– Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
– Manage multiple searches and ensure timely hires.
– Improve recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.
– Leverage technology to enhance recruitment efficiency.
– Partner with department heads and leadership on hiring needs.
– Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
– Track and report key recruitment metrics.
– Use data-driven insights to improve practices.
– Develop strategies to attract a diverse workforce.
– Manage relationships with external agencies.

**Qualifications:**

– MBA or postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
