**Job Description: Project Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning**
**Location:** Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India
**Experience Required:** 6-8 years in the development sector with expertise in MEL.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead MEL functions for specific programs in Bhopal, focusing on assessment reforms.
– Design and execute monitoring frameworks to evaluate program performance.
– Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to analyze data and inform program design.
– Build capacity within program teams to use data effectively for decision-making.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
– Educational background in international development, education, public policy, or related fields.
– Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis using tools like Excel, SPSS, Stata, R, Alteryx, or Python.
– Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
