**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Manager – Grant Management to oversee corporate grant implementation and management across diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will strengthen donor relationships, ensure efficient program operations, and streamline administrative processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and execute annual implementation plans; conduct regular field-based monitoring.
– Collaborate with project teams to collect data and prepare reports/presentations.
– Communicate the impact of donations through field visits and documentation.
– Design proposals for partnerships and enhance program scale and design.
– Manage project timelines, budgets, and deadlines.
– Track milestones and ensure efficient resource utilization.
**Qualifications:**
– Minimum 6-8 years of experience in program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
– Graduate degree, preferably in social sciences.
– Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
– Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and presentations.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
– Willingness to travel for field visits.
**Salary Range:** INR 11-18 LPA
