**Position:** Associate, Strategic Initiatives

**About the Company:**
India Health Action Trust (IHAT) was established in 2003 with a vision to address health and social inequities. IHAT collaborates with the Government of India and state governments to develop comprehensive programs focusing on public health issues such as HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Reproductive Maternal Neonatal Child Health (RMNCH), and nutrition.
**Experience Required:**
– 2–5 years of relevant work experience in public health, development projects, or field-level program implementation.
– Prior experience with consulting organizations or large-scale non-profit projects is an advantage.
**Education:**
– Master’s degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
**Key Competencies:**
– Strategic Support: Ability to break down objectives into actionable tasks.
– Communication: Strong presentation and reporting skills.
– Team Coordination: Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.
– Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with tools like Google Sheets and Airtable.
– Initiative and Learning Orientation: Self-motivated and adaptive.
– Ethics and Professionalism: Alignment with IHAT’s values and integrity standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Support organizational priorities and programmatic delivery across thematic areas.
2. Consolidate workplans, track progress, and facilitate internal engagements.
3. Assist in preparing project reports, decks, and documentation for internal and donor meetings.
4. Engage in research, documentation, and knowledge products.
5. Track field staff performance and support learning initiatives.
6. Support strategic planning and grant proposals with field insights.
7. Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by senior leadership.
