The Schools Team partners with government school systems to improve learning outcomes by utilizing Khan Academy’s tools and resources.
**Role Overview:**
Khan Academy India seeks a Project Lead consultant based in Hyderabad to support their programme with the government school system in Telangana. This role involves collaborating with the Senior Program Lead, SCERT Telangana, and other internal teams to implement Khan Academy’s learning platform across government schools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Support programme implementation by owning work streams and delivering goals.
– Conduct training for education officials and teachers, ensuring successful implementation.
– Manage relationships with state and district-level officials.
– Gather data-backed insights to inform decisions and improve the program.
– Perform regular field visits (3-4/week) and maintain communication with stakeholders.
– Document discussions and keep key stakeholders informed.
– Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery of services.
**Qualifications:**
– 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in education or government schools in Telangana.
– Fluency in Telugu and English (spoken and written).
– Strong collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
– Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
– Comfortable working with data and analyzing qualitative insights.
– Excellent communication skills across different formats.
– Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
