**Job Description: Training Coordinator – Khan Academy (Odisha)**
**Location:** Odisha
**Experience Required:** 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years designing and delivering effective training programs for teachers and education stakeholders, ideally in a government setting.

**Role Overview:** The Training Coordinator will design and deliver capacity-building initiatives for teachers, mentors, and administrators in Odia. Responsibilities include managing master trainers, identifying best practices, using data-driven insights, and collaborating with the Teacher Professional Development team. Fluency in Odia and English is mandatory; additional proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
**Key Requirements:**
– 5+ years of experience in training design and delivery for education stakeholders.
– Fluency in Odia and English (reading, writing, speaking).
– Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
– Passion for education and strong communication skills.
**Note:** This is a twelve-month contract-based role.
