**Job Title:** Manager / Senior Manager, Government Partnerships

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead government partnerships and manage relations with stakeholders.
– Innovate tech-led platforms for project execution.
– Oversee research, product design, and strategy development.
– Develop scalable solutions for efficient operations.
– Build capacity in field teams and government partners.
– Foster strong partnerships with various organizations.
– Manage product lifecycle and ensure robust, adaptable solutions.
– Serve as a bridge between teams and external stakeholders.
– Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
– Analyze data and present proposals to stakeholders.
**Key Qualifications:**
– Education in Product Management, Rural Development, or Social Work.
– Experience in large-scale government projects (12+ years).
– Strong product design and operations skills.
– Understanding of tech-led product development.
– Willingness to travel extensively, especially to rural areas.
– Strong government relations and policy understanding.
– Proficiency in project management and analytical tools.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Leadership skills with a founder’s mindset.
