**Job Title:** Assistant Manager – Fundraising (CSR – Institutional Sales)

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead fundraising efforts by acquiring and onboarding new corporate partners.
– Nurture strong relationships with corporate partners to ensure program funding and satisfaction.
– Collaborate with program teams to identify funding gaps and secure opportunities.
– Manage compliance, reporting, and maintain accurate records of fundraising activities.
– Foster a high-performance team culture rooted in processes and systems.
**Qualifications:**
– At least 3 years of experience in sales, fundraising, or customer service.
– Experience in non-profit, banking, or corporate fundraising is an advantage.
– Graduate degree (preferably MBA) in relevant disciplines.
**Skills Required:**
– Strong communication and influencing skills in English.
– Exceptional networking and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
– Understanding of the non-profit sector and fundraising best practices.
**Salary:** Up to Rs. 10 lakhs per annum, including performance incentives.
